We subscribe to a Quality of Care Commitment and are happy accept any comments suggestions or complaints which will be dealt with by Mr Puttick.

As a patient of the practice we would reasonably expect that your appointments are kept to time, and if you are unable to attend you must notify us in good time so that the appointment can be offered to someone else.

We reserve the right to refuse access to NHS treatment for patients repeatedly missing appointments. Action will be taken where a patient is violent or abusive to any dentist or member of staff.

Only our dentists and employed staff have access to your computerised dental records. The information is held securely and is password protected. DENTALCARE is registered with the Data Protection Agency. If you require a copy of your records please request this in writing to Mr Timothy Puttick.
